What certifications do you have?

We are licensed through the Department of Human Services for Childcare and through the Department of Education for preschool and Kindergarten. We also have Keystone Star Certifications.

What curriculum do you use?

We use the Creative Curriculum. We also incorporate the Handwriting Without Tears program in our preschool classroom.

Do you provide meals?

We do not provide meals. We ask that parents pack their child a lunch if they will be in our care during lunchtime. We also ask that parents pack breakfast in their child's arrival time is before 8:00 am. 


What does my child need for naptime/quiet time?

Infants need a pack and play sheet. Toddlers and preschool children need a sheet, blanket, and pillow (optional). A child may also bring a lovie if they need one to sleep.

Does my child need to be potty-trained to be in preschool?

All children need to be potty-trained in order to attend preschool, unless there is a medical reason preventing them from using the restroom independently. If your child is not potty trained and is 3 years or older, please call and talk to a staff member.

When is payment due?

All payments are due at the first of the month. If the first of the month is on a weekend or holiday, payments are due on the previous weekday. Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee. Payment plans are available based on needs.

How do I change my schedule?

If you need to make a schedule change, please inform a staff member for approval. All changes must be made at least one week in advance. If it is an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. 

Can my child have a varied schedule?

We do accept a varied schedule, we try to work with families to accomodate all needs. We ask that all families provide a schedule at least a month in advance.

What do I do if I need to call off?

We ask that we are notified in your child will not be in the school. We care about our families and are concerned when a child does not show up. We also ask that if your arrival time is before 6:30 am to please call before 5pm the day before, as many times morning staff can come in at a later time. 

What items do I need to provide for my child?

All children need lunch, nap/quiet time items, and an extra change of clothes. Infants and Toddlers need diapers, wipes, and sippy cups/bottles. 

Do you have an outdoor space for my child to play in?

We have three separate, on-site, and fenced in play yards for our children to use, weather permitting. Each play yard is divided by age-group.

Are you open during bad weather?

Yes, we only close when are in under a state of emergency.
